1. Understanding UPrintHub Billing & Costs

Ready to get started with UPrintHub as a Retail Store? First, choose your subscription level. Your subscription level will determine your costs today--and how you're billed for platform fees in the future. Click the table below to see full details.

  • Every week, you'll be billed for costs via Credit Card (through a House Account charge, see #2) for all print jobs submitted in the prior week.
  • Then, every 30 days:
    • Plus members pay $9 in platform fees.
    • Pro members pay an adjustable fee based on volume, down to $0. Every 30 days, the print volume you submit through UPrintHub will be assessed. If that volume exceeds $599 in suggested retail prints, UPrintHub is totally free. If your volume is below that threshold, a monthly fee will be assessed (ranging from $19 to $32) which supports UPrintHub's continued delivery of services and enhancements as well as your turnkey iPad solution.
  • What you'll pay today:
    • Plus members pay $19 to get started. This includes access to UPrintHub as well as Print Sample Packs and video onboarding.
    • Pro members pay $39 to get started. This includes our sending you a turnkey iPad Solution, Print Sample Packs, and support to get started and scale your retail print operations.

2. Getting Started as a House Account for Weekly Print Billing

Each week, we'll bill your credit card as a house account for costs related to print products. Please download the house account form above. You'll fill this form out (ensuring you fill out the Tax Resale form) and fax to 773-871-7434 once you've completed this process.
